RubiConnect was founded by a team of passionate innovators with deep expertise in both telecommunications and software-as-a-service. Our founders saw the immense, untapped potential of RCS to transform how businesses communicate with their customers. Frustrated by the complexity and high barriers to entry of existing solutions, they set out to build a platform that was powerful, intuitive, and accessible to all.

Doreen Thiel
Co-Founder & Head of Product & Growth
Doreen brings over 15 years of experience building and scaling high-performing SaaS products, combining strong expertise in digital product development, UX strategy, and international go-to-market execution. She has successfully led multi-language, multi-market rollouts for platforms serving customers ranging from SMEs to large multinational enterprises, with a clear focus on adoption, retention, and commercial impact. At RubiConnect, she leads product design, marketing, and international expansion, shaping a seamless user experience across both the SME self-serve platform and the enterprise agency model, ensuring the product is market-ready for cross-country growth.
Antonio Ruiz Delgado
Co-Founder & CTO
Antonio brings over 20 years of experience in telecom systems engineering and SaaS architecture, with a proven track record of building and scaling carrier-grade enterprise communications platforms. He has led large-scale platform developments and complex integrations in high-availability environments where reliability, security, and performance are mission-critical. At RubiConnect, he is responsible for the platform’s core product architecture, cloud infrastructure and operations, and technical integration strategy across operators, aggregators, and the broader RCS ecosystem.
Together, Antonio and Doreen form a balanced leadership core—technical depth meets market execution. Their shared experience across telecom, SaaS, and international product scaling anchors RubiConnect’s ambition to make RCS business messaging accessible, compliant, and impactful across borders.
